Every product in this catalog was a custom tool at one point in time. Many products have evolved to become standard parts for the wood industry while others remain custom for one particular customer. With over 50 years of industry experience, in-house engineering and state of the art technology, AceCo has the capability to create custom tooling solutions to meet your specific requirements. HYDRAULIC CENTERING TOOLS

Built with 4150 heat-treated steel for maximum durability and performance, AceCo’s Ace-Loc saw collars, sleeves and cartridges are used where exact centering and quality finish are expected. Collars and cartridges are machined within the same rigorous parameters as our tool bodies; precision balanced to ensure repeatability and accuracy.

Hydraulically centered saw collars and gang rip saw sleeves will improve the precision of your sawing operations. Collars can be used for single blade or multiple blade configurations. Whether your tooling calls for using a spanner nut or clamping plate, AceCo can custom design collars to meet your exact requirements.

Ace-Loc cartridges are commonly used with wing-body tools and for upgrading straight bore cutter heads. A-Type “permanent” sleeves are designed to be pressed into the tool while B-Type cartridges are removable and include a knurled ring nut. Both A-Type and B-Type cartridges come in a variety of standard usable lengths as well as custom offerings.
