AceCo Heat Treat Division has been heat treating parts for Idaho and beyond for over 23 years. We are a small shop dedicated to high quality heat treatment and careful handling of your parts. Our furnaces are computer controlled and monitored for accurate and repeatable results. Our staff metallurgist oversees all aspects of the heat treat operations.

Process Capabilities
- Neutral hardening in vacuum or salt pot
- Gas or oil quenching
- Stress relieving and annealing

- Temper straightening.

Vacuum Furnace
- 24” x 36” x 24” work zone
- 1200 lb. capacity
- Negative or positive pressure high-velocity quenching
- 1400°F-2400°F capability
- Hardening, annealing, and solution treating.

Salt Bath
- 10” diameter x 16” deep
- Neutral hardening of alloy steels and O1 steel.
- Oil quench capability.

Air furnaces
- Various furnaces up to 24” x 36” x 18”
- 500 lb. capability
- Tempering, aging and stress relief.

Metallurgical services
- Microhardness testing
- Metallurgical lab
- Rockwell hardness testing
- Material Selection/Reverse Engineering
- Metallurgical examination at 7.5X to 1000X
