STANDARD ACE-LOC HEAD

The Ace-Loc finger joint head represents the most advanced hydraulic, self-centering finger joint cutting head in the industry. Ace-Loc heads offer longer cutter life, more accurate cuts and allow for quicker tool changes. Designed to be used with AceCo circle bit style finger joint cutters.

CLASS II PREMIUM HEAD

AceCo Class II Premium heads offer the most accurate joint in the industry. Primarily designed for micro joints- 5mm and shorter, the bottom plate (knife face) of the Class II head is guaranteed to be within .0005″ (.0125mm) perpendicularity to the tool’s bore.  The Class II perpendicularity dimension is four times more accurate than the accepted industry standard.  Designed to be used with AceCo finger joint cutters.
